New Year’s Walk (with a new camera) pt. 1
Happy 2014 everyone! I started the new year with a new camera: the Fujifilm x100. We went for a walk and here is what we saw. (Today was the first time I really used the camera, and I’m quite happy with it so far.)
Star trails (with hiccup)
I wanted to try out my new Triggertrap* and its star trail mode. But obviously something went wrong.

50.000 Shades Of White – Christo’s Big Air Package
I went to see the Big Air Package in Oberhausen and you should, too. It’s huge and white and very light and just beautiful. It’s still open till the end of December. (And they even let you bring a DSLR – very nice.)

Doggie Style
Yesterday Diana and I went on a little trip. A trip into a parallel universe. A universe in which people show their love (or whatever it is) toward their dogs by letting them hang around in exhibition halls all day and giving them ridiculous haircuts.
I love this dog for doing that in front of my camera.
München
I spent the weekend in Munich to see Sigur Rós. I didn’t take any photos of the concert though, besides not having the camera with me I was too busy having goosebumps. Speaking of which, it was quite cold and there were lots of snow – have a look.
Roller Derby
Rockcity Rollers vs. One Love Roller Dolls and my very first attempt to shoot Roller Derby. I knew it was a fast game, but watching through a camera lens made it seem even faster.
